Embassy Review : I arrived at embassy at 7am (appoitment 8am), show appoitment letter to guard that I'm on Fiancee visa, and they directed me to consulate room on window-5. While inside many sailor already there. On 7-30 sailors starting called to get fingger printing. On 7.55 window-5 open, but no one show-up, so we were waiting till a couple which just came standing there then a indo women show up and screen docs, seems should stand infront of window-5 then officer will show-up..

Infront of me a old couple seems not organize docs properly so seems that staff bit upset with them, I bit sorry for them.. Once my turn window-5, i drop a clear folder docs/forms which i had sequenced/labeled excatly as embassy asked (from paspor, Ds-forms till I-134/tax/employee letter/etc), except 4 medical result which will open infront of officer), she is quiet please 4 my file arrangement.. while screen docs she ask 'who is your fiance?' I answered with his full name, n she asked for my original birth certificate then she asked whether i already pay the fee on bank, i said not yet, so i asked to paid at window-6 then return to her the recipt, then she told me to sit and wait to be called.

After waiting about 2hours finally, 1st person called for fingger-print and this process quick (2CR1, 2K1, and 3family immigrant visa).. and finally 1st name called to be interview on window-1 (actually small room), though interviewd will done on window-4 (in public), so knew it will done in closed-room make bit less nervous.

The 1st candidate was a women with her husband, but husband not allowed to accompany by CO.. After about 10minutes she show-up with big smile, and said, will got Visa, her husband crying haha (make me bit calm down to saw that couple).. Then another name called, she was on CR1, n she is about 5-7minutes, show-up and said passed.. Seems my turn n getting nervous again, try to chat with a girl bside me who in K1 visa too, but it not help..

Finally my name called, i enter to room-1 and greeted by white man, i smile to him, his Indonesian pretty good...

I was asked in Indonesian whether i like to interviewd in Indonesian or english, i choose english, and he looks bit impressive.. I was asking:

1. Who is ur fiance (i asked this while screening docs)?
2. What's ur status with ur bf now (interview room)?
3. when u met him?
4. where?
5. have u been met in person?
6. when?
7. Have u been married?
8. Have he been married?
9, have u been to US?
10. What he do?
11. How old is he?
12. Do u have photo 2gther?
13. Who take the photos?

That's all he asked about, he didn't aske for any thick evidence which i brought, maybe cuz my fiance already attached on petition.. CO is nice and his english also clear, and he check petition from James and said, Okay you visa approved', take on this date, he gave me white slip..

I think the importand think is being prepared, so did interview practice b4, we used question in VJ to practice n it really help me answer CO confidenly..
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
