Embassy Review : First of all thanks to all Visajourney teams help. It is a great site and helps eveyone with no charge.

My Husband had his interview on 09/09/2011. He said interviw was very tough. Question asked were:
How we met?
Who arranged our marriage?
Who was in the wedding?
Have you ever visited any other country?
Where does your wife work?
Her post?
Then they started questioning about his previous marriage. How did you divorce your previous wife. He said it did not workout. But they wanted answer in detail. The CO wanted to know how actually happened that he decided to divorce his wife, at the same time she was looking at his divorce certificate very closely. My husband said he had to explain everything what actually made him to divorce his x-wife. Then she stoped asking about his divorce.
Then she asked does he meet with his kids? How often? When last time you visited your kids?
Then she kept his passport and gave him green paper saying that it needs more administrative processing. and told him that he will get his passport in 4, 8 or 16 weeks. Now we are waiting and praying.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
