Event Description
Review Date : March 4, 2012
Embassy Review : I left Dubai headed to Abu Dhabi last February 26,2012 and i slept with a friend who lives in Abu Dhabi. I woke up the next day at 5:00am (February 27,2012) so i can prepare myself and talk to my fiance before going to the Embassy. At exactly 6:30am i left the house and headed to the Embassy. Reach USEM at 7:00am and we waited outside of the building where there\'s a bench to sit on. At 7:45am, security guard check the passport and appointment letter and advice me to go the entrance door. Undergone a security checks it\'s like in the airport and the guard tell me to leave my bag and some other things, all i need to bring is my papers and my wallet. Then, I went through the main building.

As I,entered the main building the reception security gave me a control number which i\'ve got the number 005, and instruct me to sit down and wait till my number will flash on the monitor. At exactly 8:45am my number flash at Window no. 11 Indian lady took 1 copy of my control number and ask filled forms:

The following filled forms:

1. DS - 156
2. DS - 156K
3. DS - 157
4. DS - 230
5. I - 134
6. Original Passport
7. Embassy Copy Receipt Payment at NBAD
8. A4 size Medical Result (X-ray is excluded)

In DS- 156K i attached the copy of my Birth Certificare, copy of my Cenomar, copy of my Police Clearance (Dubai, Taiwan & Philippines) and the Receipt of the Engagement Ring, then she gave me a slip to pay to the cashier and request me to come back after paying and return to her the passport along with the payment slip. And she instructed me to go to Window no. 12 for fingerprinting (4 left finger / 4 right finger / 2 thumbs together) and then he instructed me to wait for my number to flash again at the monitor.

At 9:am my number flash at Window no. 7, it\'s a lady who conducted my interview, im not sure if she\'s an Emirate or American and she instructed me to raise my right hand and pledge under oath that everything I submitted is true, then she ask me to take the phone.

She ask the following questions:

1. Who is Howard?
2. What\'s your date of Birth?
3. Where did we meet?
4. How did he propose
5. How long did he spent time with you? Your vacation together
6. Are you single? with / without kids?
7. What he do for living?
8. Where is the wedding and who will attend your wedding?
9. Why you love your fiance?

And then I finally saw her the CO get a pink slip and saw her writing the date, day, & time where I can should come to collect my passport and visa and she said once everything is ok, the system is ok, all your papers is ok then they will issue my visa.

I hope everything is ok on March 5, 2012.

Last March 5,2012 I collected my passport with a visa stamp. Thanks God everything is ok.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
