Comments : send my initial evidence today 02/25/2010 to lees summit in mo.send notice that they have received the initial evidence on 03/03/2010i went for my AOS interview today at USCIS office in Seattle.the interview was 10;45am and got there 10;26am,went through the normal security checks.submitted my appointment letter which was scanned and was ask wait with my lovely wife at the main waiting hall.we were there for about 30minutes when a white woman in her early sixty called to a room.we stood to swear an oat before she started with her question.

HOW DID YOU MEET?
WHERE WAS IT
FOR HOW LONG WE COMMUNICATE BEFORE WE MEET EACH OTHER
MY PLACE OF BIRTH AND CURRENT ADDRESS.

She went the AOS forms yes or no questions and after that ask for any that approves that we both lived in the same address.we show our banks statement, our state ids with both address on and car insurance and prove of pregnancy.we did try to show our wedding pictures but said that is okay because she have seen most of our pictures which we used in the k1 visa.she said everything is okay and saw smile on her face for the first and said congratulation, you have been approved and since you just married your green card is conditional one and as such it is for only two years and must file for lift of the conditional in 90 days this green card expires.that was all.my wife and myself were so happy and thank the woman.i think it lasted for about 15mins and was friendly and cool things.but must prepare adequately for AOS interview because what kind question you may be ask.i check my STATUS AND IT SAIDS CARD ORDER PRODUCTION.WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOO I AM SO GLAD AT LAST THE JOURNEY HAS COME TO SUCCESSFUL END.I WISH EACH AND EVERYONE ALL THE BEST IN THEIR INTERVIEWS AND APPLICATIONS FILED.GOD BLESS US ALL.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
