Consulate Review: Bangkok, Thailand
Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : November 28, 2013
Embassy Review : We arrived at 6am and first there in line the door's open at 7am. The interview was short the lady interviewer asked a a few questions. How met, when was the wedding, why do you love your husband, what did you do for a living, what will you do once you get to the USA ?. APPROVED ! oh yes my wife had a choice of language to be interviewed in,the interviewer was polite and made my wife feel at ease. On the down side it does not matter what place in line you are, we were first in line and the only IR/1 - CR/1 their that day and she were last to be interviewed 5 hours later.

Rating : Very Good

Visa Journey has been instrumental in getting me through the different steps and processes involved in the immigration journey of my wife and me. I don't think I would be able to do this without there excellent web site and dedicated staff and volunteers behind Visa Journey. I would have had to rely on a lawyer at great expense. I became increasingly worried about my wife's status in America even though she had a ten year green card; I feared the worst could happen in this insane political climate. I filed the N-400 Petition for citizenship and in exactly four months later she became a United States citizen, she and i are so very happy now for this moreover; it’s also like a giant weight of fear has been removed from us both. Thank you all Nisa & Allen avantiajp

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
