Unfortunately we had a paperwork problem with my medical form from the civil surgeon being missing and thus left the interview with an RFE for the I-693. We straightened it out and brought it in person and handed it to our interviewer later in the afternoon after our interview. On Aug 11 we received an automated email from CIS that the I-485 was approved.
