ALL WENT SMOOTH AND WITH NO HASSLES. THE EMBASSY WAS SMOOTH AND PROFESSIONAL AND THE PORT OF ENTRY AT SAN FRANCISCO WENT WITHOUT OBSTACLES---SMOOTH AS BUTTER AND IN JUST ABOUT 5 MINUTES. AGAIN IF YOUR DOCUMENTATION IS IN LINE AND YOU ARE NOT HOLDING BACK INFO WHEN THEY ASK QUESTION ITS PROBLEM FREE AND ENJOYABLE --- A MOMMENT TO REMEMBER. SAW ONE PERSON TRYING TO B.S. THE OFFICER AT THE POE AND HE WAS DETAINED AND REMINDED THAT ANY FRAUD TO ENTER USA WOULD BE PROSECUTED. HE TOOK THE WARNING TO HEART AND BEGAN ANSWERING THE OFFICERS QUESTION AND THEN HE WAS LET TO GO THREW. MORAL BE HONEST. NO BS. THE OFFICERS ARE VERY WELL TRAINNED AND DO THIS EVERY DAY AND BELIEVE ME THEY HAVE SEEN IT ALL AND CAN TELL A PROBLEM JUST BY LOOKING AT YOU AND THEN ON THE OTHER HAND THEY CAN SEE A LIGIT ENTRY AND MAKE IT EASY ON YOU
GOOD LUCK AND JUST DO THINGS RIGHT AND IF YOU DONT KNOW WHATS RIGHT ASK SOMEONE THEY WILL BE GLAD TO HELP. DONT FORGET THE 156, 157, AND THE 156K WE ALMOST FORGOT THE 156K AND I THOUGHT WE DIDNT NEED IT BECAUSE WE DID THE 156--WRONG--MY FINANCE KEPT TELLING ME WE NEEDED TO DO IT BUT I THOUGHT I READ SOMEWHERE THAT WE DIDNT---A NIGHT BEFORE FIX WITH THE HELP OF OUR COMPUTER AND THE HOTEL PRINTER. GOOD LUCK |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
