Comments : it was good day @ 14.00 hrs was my oppi. they told me its ganna take 3 months for uscis to finsh the case .i paid $355 on the embassy .
still waiting for my noa1 ...today is 22feb 2009.
ON FEB 23 I GOT A PACKAGE FROM THE EMBASSY IT HAS APPOINMENT LETTER & MEDICAL LETTER TO GO TO THE DOCTOR &DS-230 PART 1&PART TWO & 1-864 SO...BETWEEN THE FILE 1-130 AND THE INTERVIEW LESS THAN 60 DAYS ,,,,WOW.
OUR INTERVIEW WAS 7.30AM WE WERE THERE 6.45AM & THEY LET US IN @7.05AM MAYBE @ 9.00 AMM IT WAS THE FIRST INTERVIEW ...NO QUESTIONS ASKED....ONLY WHATS UR ADDRESS SHE TOLD US GO TO WINDOW 6 AND WAIT THEY CALL US @11.45AM WE PAY 400$ AND WAIT AGAIN (ALMOST 3 HRS TO PAY) THE FINAL INTERVIEW WAS 12.10 PM ONE QUESTION ONLY HOW DID YOU MET UR HUSBAND? AFTER THAT HE SAID GON.... & HE GAVE US PAPER TO GIVE IT TO THE DELVIRY COMPANY .

Embassy Review : U KNOW IF U HAVE EVERYTHING IN ORDER U WILL HAVE IT DONE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM ,,,YESTERDAY WE APPLY FOR I-130 IN AMMAN -JORDAN ,ALL MY PAPERS IS READY 1-FORM I-130 2- FORM 325A FOR ME & FOR MY WIFE 3-COPY OF MY PASSPORT(US PASSPORT)4- COPY OF HER PASSPORT 5-COPY OF OUR KIDS BIRTH CERTIFICATES,,,,THATS ALL ,, THE MAN FILE IT & HE TOLD ME JUST WAIT THEY WILL CALL U TO PAY $355 SOMEBODY WILL SEE U ( THEY ASK THE SAME QUESTIONS ON I-130) SHE TOLD ME WE WILL CONTACT U IN 3 MONTH,,,,,THATS ALL.
