Hey! I was following your timeline since our filing date are similar. Mine is AOS though but I am seeing that you got your interview scheduled, but no EAD approval or update yet? Is that right?
@Netsinb No update yet on Mark's EAD, we rescheduled biometrics to September 29, last status update for his EAD was also on the 29th of September from a few mins after biometrics were taken, still stuck on 'Case is Still being processed by USCIS', fingers crossed we may not need it though.
@netsinb @EoinM
Hi! I was waiting for the EAD and was scared seeing no approvals in Visajourney after the Shutdown for people adjusting from K1.
Out of curiosity, I just logged into MysUSCIS and saw the approval for EAD in the EAD documents tab (I-765), it had been there for a day already, but no notification was sent to my email.
I know this is a very long shot and probably I was just very very lucky, but I wanted to leave it here in case it could help any of you.
I hope yours come as soon as possible.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
