1st Medical on 3/6/2024. Failed pending successful passing of Sputum Testing scheduled on 3/20, 3/21 and 3/22.
2nd Medical scheduled for 5/21/2024 to review results of Sputum Test.
UPDATE 5/21/2024... Sputum Test results negative. Waiting for Interview Appointment at US Embassy in Manila.
UPDATE 5/28/2024... Our K-1 Fiancee Visa was approved. Only the Applicant was allowed to enter the Embassy for the interview. The Petitioner must wait outside during the interview process.
UPDATE 6/2/2024... The Visa was shipped via LBC on 5/30/2024 to the Bay City Mall in Batangas. It was received there late afternoon on 5/31/2024 and picked up from the same place on 6/1/2024.
The Pre Departure Orientation Seminar is scheduled for 0900HRS on Thursday 6/6/2024 at The Upper Class Tower in Quezon City (Manilla).
UPDATE... 7/16/2024 Per CDC Request, follow up chest X-ray and medical review for Tuberculosis occurred in USA. Results still negative for all traces.

"NVC Left" is the date that the NVC released the documents to the US Embassy in Manila, Philippines.
"Consulate Received" is the date that the US Embassy received the documents.
Chuck and Alray congrats on the wedding! My fiancé and I arrived yesterday in the US and immigration also stopped him for TB flag and pulled him into a room with the CDC. They were so mean to him. Was this just because of sputum test? We followed you because of so many similarities.
We were contacted from our County Health Department 3 weeks AFTER his arrival into the USA and told that the CDC is requesting a follow-up appointment on US Soil regarding the "questionable" X-ray for Tuberculosis. When reviewed here on US Soil, none of the X-Rays taken in the Philippines indicated signs of Tuberculosis. No signs or symptoms and the Sputum Test performed in the Philippines was also negative. The US Doctor believed that this was nothing more than another money grab by our government agencies. Submitted his findings and everyone in the government agencies were happy with results from our country.
