Ok thanks so much! So when I got inside of the embassy the first lady took all of my civil documents and all I did bring for my interview, then asked me a few basics questions and after she said to me have a sit the consular officer will call you soon. So when the consular offier finally called me, he said who’s filing for you, I said my fiancé, he said when did you guys started talking, I told him, he said how did you meet her, I told him, he said when you guys got engaged and where, I told him, he said how many times you guys met in person and where, I told him, he said what she’s doing for living, I told him, he said you guys have kids and how much each of us, I told him, he said which state she lives, I told him. So the last question He asked me to give him a phone number one of my family or my ex wife mom because I got married before and my ex wife died. so I gave him my brother number phone and said please have a sit wait for me, then after a while came to me said ok sorry for the delay, and he gave me a paper says congratulations your is approved. So they did call my brother asked a few questions about me and my ex wife with my kid. So that’s all…

Good afternoon Did you really received the instruction letter from the consular. I have been waiting for one since September 2021, each time I called or emailed them, they keep saying I have to wait. My case documentary qualified in October 2020

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
