It went well, albeit being long - we were there for almost 1h30. It felt more like a conversation to get to know us (after the I-485 questions). We were together in the office and the officer asked us how we met, how was the engagement, how about the wedding etc., no tricky questions.

Awesome - congratulations! Did you get approved/updated online status? There's a small group of DC VJers who are still waiting for actual approval post-interview (mine was last week and still no approval).

Thanks! No, nothing, still waiting too :( the officer had to update my I-485, not sure it you guys are in a similar situation? I updated my address and erroneously updated one of the no questions (the J1 one). I heard a lot of people in Fairfax being approved on the spot or same day, so it's certainly disappointing.
