Event Description

Embassy Review : My husband said it was a very good experience overall. There was a very cranky woman asking him for his papers. She didn’t tell him what she needed, just looked at him like he was inconveniencing her.
My husband can’t say enough about the guy who approved his visa. He said he was very kind, very patient with him, very sweet, asked good questions, then approved him.

All in all good experience.

Yes, I filed not too long after you all did. I am surprised that I was approved before you, but who knows what the USCIS is up to these days. I expected a lot longer of a journey with USCIS and was shocked to see they had approved us so quickly. Good luck to you all and I hope you get some answers really soon and quick!

Hey there, I’m the USC. My father is a widowed man, he has lots of kids still at home, I have a brother with special needs, I proved my caregiving to them, I proved my brother’s disability, I proved that my father was a widower, and they approved me to go help my father and my husband to come with me to help provide financial support for me while I took care of the family. I sent governmental documents to support all I said to them. I don’t know on what “grounds” (hardship, financial, medical, etc) they approved me, but I just wrote them my situation and was SHOCKINGLY approved! 😱😳 Good luck to you all too! Sorry about the expedites being rejected 🥺😭🙈

Hi how are you ? We just received an expedite approval but do we have to schedule our own appointment ? Did the embassy schedule the appointment or did you schedule through there link ? Thank you so much

So not all embassies are the same. I went on the website that I got on to schedule my appointment and they did not have the Jordan US embassy. So you probably will have to contact the embassy or just wait for them to write you. Congratulations!! We go TOMORROW for our interview! We’re so nervous! 😬😬🙌🏼🙌🏼 Good luck with yours!!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
