Comments : Mailed out i 485 on may 1st , got rfe cos of i 130 receipt not included. mailed rfe on june 1st ,called customer service, got receipt # for 485 and 765 on 06/06/07. check cashed 06/07/2007.Noa1 sent 06/05/07.received noa1 in mail 06/08/07.called customer service , was told biometric letter sent.received biometric letter in mail on 6/16/07 dated 6/11/07. biometrics for ead and aos.biometrics scheduled for 07/03/2007.Had my biometrics done. touched on 765 - 6/26,6/29,7/03. 130 touched 06/26,06/29, i 130 transfered to NBC, to speed up processing.Dunno about that. i 130 touched 06/26,06/29,07/03,07/04. Interview set for 9/14/07.Approved . interview went well and Ao said all papers were in order and informed us of removing conditions. God is GREAT. Thanks everyone u guys are awesome.Card production ordered 9/17/07.

Biometrics completed on 03/26/2009.No touches after biometrics as of 04/02/2009.Recieved mail from uscis on 05/26/09 reminding me to file for removal of condition after the facts that i already filed waiver. Called uscis and was told to ignore reminder.Case was touched on 05/29/09.Called uscis due to recent touch, to make sure address on file is correct, was told case was approved on 8th of june. No email, no updates just touches on 5/29, 6/25,6/29,6/30.
