Comments : My interview was easy. Interviewer went through all the questions in the i-485 form and after that asked few questions like describe the wedding, whose family members were in the wedding, did you guys do anything special after the wedding etc. Basic questions. After the interview she said she will review and we will get a notification if she needs more info from us. Within 30 minutes of leaving the interview, the status changed to "Card is being produced". Super happy. We got 10 years greencard on Jan 30th.

Did they ask for renewal of your medical?
S❤R on 2021-01-30 said:
yes, i had a new medical done before the interview because my previous medical had expired. The medical is only valid for 2 years

Hi, do you know if oath ceremony happens the day of interview or later? If later, we might likely have it on the same day. Happy to chat.
S❤R on 2023-12-10 said:
As far as I know, for Seattle Field Office, if your interview is in the morning before 12pm, and if interview goes well and approved then the oath ceremony happens on the same day. If interview is in the afternoon and approved, then they will send a letter for your the oath ceremony for a different date/time in the future.
K.P on 2023-12-11 said:
I see. Thank you for the info. Hope to get the oath ceremony on same day. Need to upgrade spouse visa that has been stuck since long.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
