Embassy Review : I came with my fiance for her interview and stayed at the Manila Lotus Hotel nearby. Beautiful place and very near the Embassy and St Lukes. We came very early and super prepared with two thick binders of evidence and documents. They asked her three questions (am I married, what do I do for work, do I have children). They didn’t even look at the documents or finance support application.
Overall nice and fast experience.

FYI both of us have never been married, no children, first k1, and no criminal history so no complications for them. We received Visa one week after the interview in Davao
Rating : Very Good

Embassy Review : Very good experience. We came very prepared with 2 thick binders of evidence of financial support, correspondence, etc. The officer didn’t even look at any of it. She asked us questions about how we met, what happened when we first met, about my pregnant wife and what we’re going to call the baby. She asked about what we do for fun, which my wife replied that we take home food or cook sometimes and watch hell’s kitchen (officer laughed and said she loves Gordon).
She then preceded to ask about things on our application: our address, who lives there, phone numbers, and the yes or no questions about whether she has been on welfare or not, a terrorist or not, etc.

We were approved on the spot. FYI I sponsored her with 30k a year average w/ 3 tax years. I put her on my bank accounts, my car and motorcycle titles and my life insurance. We have no criminal history, no prior divorces, no children and brought her in on a k1 visa. Green card received a week later and overall the AOS process took 5 months for us. Great office
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
