i was asking because our date of aos filling date is very close and some people here seems to doubt because i got my interview notice too early for january 11.

That's awesome! Congrats! Please let me know how your interview goes. I think there are a lot less cases at the Louisville, KY office compared to others so I'm not surprised that it's early. I was the only K-1 when I did my biometrics for EAD in November. We got an RFE on our AOS though; I think they lost some of our paperwork from the IL lockbox to MO service center. :(

ill let you know about my interview on January 11..
i think you're right when we did our biometric last nov19 there are some people there(seems families) and our biometric last less than 10mins(this is k1 and k2) and if i look at Louisville KY timelines they seems faster than other local field office..i hope you get your interview notice soon too.. god bless

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
