Comments : Medical exam in Switzerland by USA staff notes: Staff made women walk between private exam rooms and x-ray without providing cloaths or medical gown to cover their breasts. Women covered their breasts with their arms. The person drawing blood punctured skin with a needle 5x because they were untrained in finding a vein to draw blood, this left significant bruising and emotional scaring. The official USA medical staff for these exams in Switzerland is undertrained. This occurred in 2017 ago so things may have changed. If needed request dignified coverage for your body if you are transferred between the medical exam area. Request another staff member to perform a procedure if a staff member seems unqualified If you have a spontaneous wedding (not planned) then you can avoid the Fiance visa process and this forigen medical exam. You will then be able to take a medical exam in the USA during your I-485 application process. That may mean better trained staff examin you. This also saves significant money. Be aware the wedding must be spontanious and un planned and it may be good to speak with a lawyer ahead of time.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
