My interview was scheduled at 8:00am and I arrived at the consulate just after 7:00am. I was told to come back at 7:30-7:45. I went to the Starbucks in the same building and drank a coffee while I waited. Mind you, I couldn't monitor the time very well because I had left my phone at home!
I went back at 7:40 and was allowed through. They checked my DS-160 and my passport and sent me through security. A guard downstairs searched all my belongings (though I didn't bring much with me) before I was sent inside to go through a metal detector and have my things x-rayed. Then I was sent up to the 20th floor to a booth where a woman asked for my fiance's full name and took all of my documents and looked everything over. I gave her my passport, DS-160, medical results, birth certificate and photocopy, police certificate, 2 pictures, I-134 and evidence of support (I had fiance's 2014 tax transcript, W2, letter from employer, bank statement and last 6 months of pay stubs), and our letters of intent to marry. She checked everything over and then gave me my birth certificate back and a number and told me to wait.
I was finally called over and my interview took place right there at the booth with a nice, young guy. He looked through my things again and asked me a few basic questions such as how we met, where he works, if I planned on working, and a few other easy questions but I can't fully remember what they were. I had a DUI from 2009 - which I was concerned about but I had my police record and my court documents - and he just asked me if I had received any jail time to which I said no (Previous to the interview, I was required to gather a bunch of documents before my medical exam for a DUI waiver so I think the doctor signed off on that). Then he asked me to go through my relationship timeline from the beginning and he typed some notes in his computer as we went. I had to tell him exact dates for each of our visits. When I finished he said "Alright, everything looks good. Your visa is going to be approved!" And I burst into tears of happiness right there 
He didn't ask me for any additional documents besides what was requested in packet 3. I actually had a huge folder full of recent photos and evidence of visitations but I never had to show them!
I was sent back to the waiting room and was shortly called up to the booth of the first woman I had met. She told me my Visa was approved and would be mailed out shortly. She said to expect it within 5-7 business days and that I would receive an e-mail with a tracking number once it was shipped. She then asked if I had any questions and sent me on my way. I could hardly think at this point because I was so happy! I just wanted to run home and call my fiance to tell him the good news!
Now, it's been 2 days since my interview and I just received the tracking number for my visa. It's supposed to be available for pickup tomorrow (just 3 business days from my interview!). My fiance is flying to Canada on the 19th and we will be driving home together!!
Overall, a VERY easy experience. I stressed way too much about this (it's hard not to). I was worried about my DUI and gathering sufficient evidence for the I-134 but I had no problems with either of these at the consulate. Just gather the documents that are required and you will have no issues!
