Embassy Review : Our interview was scheduled for 7:30 AM. I live in the country with my husband so I was attending. We had every document you could think of bringing in fear that they may ask for something we could have brought - we did not want to allow for any more delay.

The interview/questions were basically about where we were staying, who with, and info about our domicile in the States. The questions were asked at the window and not in an isolated room. The woman interviewing us was very nice and not intimidating. We sat for a little while, then my husband was called to the window and second set of questions was asked by a male rep which were similar in nature and a few about me (like was I going to be going back to the States with him, etc). He then asked my husband if he knew where the DHL office was and I couldn't help but to go to the window and confirm he was approved. The man said YES and I was so happy and relieved. Everyone, including the man was smiling and joyful. It was a great day after a long period of anxiety.

We were back in the car heading for DHL by 9:00 AM. We were given my husbands passport and a green slip to send to the consulate with a prepaid DHL bill. The green slip said we were temporarily approved as long as there are no security issues we will receive his visa within 5 days.

We are thrilled and can't wait for the visa to arrive.
Rating : Very Good
