Comments : Very smooth process. Embassy interview interview was short and to the point. POE interview was just two questions. It seems that when both parties are present for these interviews, they go much quicker. Now I just have to find a thousand dollars for the I485.... :(

Comments : Once again, a very smooth process. We arrived early and were taken early. The interviewer knew exactly what he wanted and we gave it to him. He was courteous and professional yet friendly. A very good experience at the San Bernardino office. Unfortunately our paperwork got stuck there and we had to call a month later to get the process restarted. Got the green card in April.

Event Description

Embassy Review : We arrived about 7:45 a.m., there were about 35 people waiting in line. They let us in shortly after 8:00 a.m., we went through security very quickly (they hold your cell phone at the security checkpoint) and went inside and got a number. After a short wait we were called to the window where a very professional, business-like and knowledgeable woman took all the forms and documents. We then waited about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, and were called to another window where a man conducted the interview. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The interview just took a few minutes and we were approved.
All in all it was a very easy experience and the people were wonderful.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
