NVC letter came dated 9/08.

Almost didn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t get the Visa in time to make the flight. It took 2 days for DHL to receive the package, and only via constant phone calls was she able to pick it up late that evening and fly out the following morning.

Comments : Be careful when calculating your fee. We were over by $20, and the whole packet was returned. NOA and Bio was scheduled within something like 2 weeks after we sent the correct fee.
