My fiance was the first in line at border control. When she informed them she was here on a K1 visa they took her to an interview room. She waited about 5 minutes while they reviewed the visa package and then they questioned her for a few minutes - what is her nationality, does she have any other citizenship, is she bringing any fruits or vegetables, how much money did she bring with her. Then they told her to remind me that we have 90 days to marry and submit the adjustment of status paperwork. 10 minutes total to clear POE and wait for her luggage. javascript:emoticon(' ')
