This consulate was fast and easy. I assume because it's not a place that has much traffic because not many Malagasy go to America. The only problem was when we scheduled the interview, they canceled it and rescheduled it for another day because we scheduled it for a non-immigrant visa (following instructions!!) and it should have been for an immigrant interview. And they didn't catch this until the day BEFORE the interview. After the interview, the Visa was issued and printed the following day
