Around February 20 2023 we received a NOID for my husband’s petition of me, the I-130.
We needed to send proof of marital bonafides. We sent over 6 sworn statements that were notarized from our pastors, family and neighbors, along with banking joint account proof, title deed for our house along with a few photographs.
We heard nothing back when we uploaded the evidence as suggested in the letter so we mailed our evidence registered. It was signed for on March 16 and a few days later our I-130 was approved and a day later so too was my I-485 without interview! Although we didn’t visit the local office it was great that our cases were dealt with once evidence was sent in a timely manner.
