Very smooth experience with large amount of parking in Jerusalem's Arnona neighborhood.
Arrived early in the morning for an 8 AM appointment. You hand in some of the requested documents at the window + they already have all of the medical exam details and so on digitally.
As the sponsor(husband) and a US Citizen - you must stay outside once your partner goes is called into the embassy.
Interview was fairly routine, quick and without any pressure. Spouse was informed they will approve the visa.
Honestly not nearly as difficult as all of the petition application/NVC craziness one must submit before getting to the actual interview.
