Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

Arrived 15 minutes prior to interview (not allowed to arrive earlier than this due to covid restrictions). Got through security swiftly. Check in asked to see our interview notice and my spouse (applicant) had to provide ID and get photographed. We were called back from the waiting area instantly. Our officer started the interview by swearing us in, then explained that we would review our AOS packet and make any necessary changes. Questions were mostly directed at my spouse. We stepped through the packet and hubby provided updates for our address, his last time of entry and port of entry to the US, and his employer information. The officer asked him questions about where we live, whether we own or rent, how many bedrooms we have, what they're used for, if anyone else lives with us, any pets. We were both asked to describe each other's work hours and who we worked for. Hubby was asked what his employer's address is. She asked each of us to tell her the names of each other's parents as well and where they live. We were asked when and where we got married but no other specific details. After she finished updating the packet she asked us if we would like to submit any supporting documents. I had way too much with me but she accepted copies of joint car insurance, joint renters insurance, a few pages of our joint lease, info listing each other as beneficiaries for 401k and life insurance, tax return transcripts for 2019 and 2018, joint bank account verification and employer verification letters for each of us. We had frontloaded much if our relationship evidence in previous submissions so she already had photos of us and our families from over the past 8 years. We brought a photo album, which she did not ask to see. At the end, she told us she would submit our file for approval today and we would get a letter in the mail explaining the green card and future application process for ROC. Super easy interview process, took all of 20-25 minutes. By the time we got home I had already received an email stating that his green card is in the process of being produced!!
