Went early in morning (best time actually due to overcast skies and cooler weather). Highly recommend you go early in the morning. If you bring liquids plan on drinking them before going in (unless you have children with you). Interview appoinment 6:45. Went in at around 6 prepare your ds160 beforehand. I was the 2nd in line for pre screening. They took my birthcertificate, nbi, cenomar, affidavit of support, and my fiances 2018 IRS 1040 form. They also had me surrender my passport. I then proceeded for fingerprint scanning then waited for the final interview. The windows started opening at around 0700.
The actual Interview went very well for me and due to all the information we previously provided I was asked few basic questions then everything was done done. It is important to note that they did not give my passport back.
After the interview we checked the CEAC website ready to AP (administrative processing) which was further verified via online status checking. Within 4 days it was "issued"....
