I'll be pretty comprehensive because detailed reviews really helped me out when I was reading up on the interview.

So I arrived at 10:45 for my 11:30 appointment. I was told to come back for 11:15. When I first arrived there was a pretty sizeable queue but when I returned the queue had really died down.

They ask you for your DS160 and passport, then tell you to keep these out when you walk up to the lobby.

Security was quick and easy, they let me through with my paper-sized briefcase and had no issue with my phone.

I walked up the outside of the building and arrived in the big open lobby where there was 1 line, after 5 minutes I was called up to the counter and handed over my DS160 and passport again, they stuck a sticker on it and told me to go up to the 1st floor and head left and to keep going left until I reached a small cordoned off area. The sticker on the DS160 also tells you what 2 number windows you'll be called too, so that'll make it even easier for you to make it to where you need to be. So don't worry about getting lost at all.

There was around 4 other "groups" of people ready to go up around me, the booths manage to completely block the sound of the US embassy worker but not the person talking to the them.

It seems the two booths on the right are for the Affidavit and original forms. Booths on the left are for the interview. Someone got called up before me and when he came back it seemed the system had crashed causing a couple hours delay for them which absolutely sucks.

Okay, now onto the first interview.

First I was told that my medical results hadn't arrived but that they get mail twice a day and that they'll be keeping a lookout for them.
I was asked for my DS160/Passport, proof of purchase of the visa and delivery, birth certificate and ACRO (originals)
Then the I-134, we needed to use her dad as my fiancé is a student so we didn't think she made enough the past year for support. I brought 1040s, pay slips, letters from work and all the guy asked for was an image of the W2, both I-134's (fiancé and her dad) and that was it.
He then warned me about the system crashing but I don't think that was an issue with me as my medical results weren't there, I can't be 100% sure though as he never directly said.
I then got my finger prints scanned, some stuff handed back and a new sticker on my DS160 and I was asked to sit down again.

I sat and put my paperwork back in my folder keeping out the DS160 (I can't remember if he gave me back my passport) At this point I was worried I was going to be sat for hours but I was called up to the second window pretty quickly.

I was greeted with an American woman who made me raise my hand and swear to tell the truth to the best of my ability.

I was asked very few questions.

How did you and your Fiancé meet?
When did you first meet in person? (I answered with the exact date and where)
How many times have you seen each other? (I mucked this up and I told her we text everyday, but then I asked "Oh you mean in real life" and I let her know I visited her twice and she visited me and my family once, I wasn't specific with dates or anything)
Where does your Fiancé live (I told her with her parents but her dad bought a house for us to rent)

That was it, she didn't even say "I'm going to approve your Visa" she just said that I'll get notified of postage when they get my medical results (she didn't say how exactly, I assume text or email) and that everything was good. I was shocked and said "wow that was fast" and she smiled.
I said thank you very much and she handed me over some of the forms I gave at the first counter and that was that. I left the building giddy as a kid.
I'd say it took 25 minutes at most.

9 months building to that, it really was very simple and everyone at the embassy was super helpful and nice. Don't worry yourself over this, get some good sleep, travel well and be happy that the wait is over.
