I had my interview today at the Montreal embassy. I arrived at the embassy around 730am my appointment was scheduled for 740am. My understanding of these appointment letters and that they are all day appointment not specific time. I stayed in line for about 15 minutes, people were let in one at time. The security guy let me in, then I was asked for my passport and DS-160 printout. Next step through metal detectors and asked to go to the basement. Waited there for a few minutes and one of the agents from the from desk come to open the elevator, since I don't have a much I can't tell you the specific times but it close to 8:00. Now all the other reviews seems to be correct. If you are there for K1, you are given a number. I got number 1. At 900 my process was complete.
unfortunately as expected I did not get the visa since I was some ineligibilities for being in the US before.
Now I off to the waivers forum. good luck to everyone.
