Future JFK reviewers: please indicate Airline, Terminal and Time of arrival in your review because I do think it matters in how you will be treated.

The initially immigration screening (the window) was fine. But the immigrant processing people were HORRIBLE. Rude, lazy and unhelpful. REFUSED to give 90-day work permit (claiming to be too busy). At least two officers there -- a woman and a man should be FIRED.

POE was easy and friendly About 15 mintues, had a 2 hours layover but because of Customs and a lost bag; lost connection flight but over all easy POE.
