My husband said there were no issues. It took a little bit of time (I believe he said around 30 minutes), but no issues at all.

He worked his way to immigration lines and asked the first lady who was directing the crowds where to go for k-1 visa. She directed him to foreigners line. It took only a minute, the officer asked my name and said "Welcome to the US, you have until March 19, 2015 to get married", thats it.

I flew out of London (from Heathrow) at 12:50pm. It was the standard 9 hour flight, and as I am sure everyone is aware, after 9 hours, you can be a little irritable and not keen to stand in a massive line.
