They never ask anything from me , the immigration officer explain the annotation on my visa , everything went smooth

My child and I flew with Philippine Airlines (PAL) from Cebu-Manila-SFO, with IR1 and IR2 visas. Arrived about 8pm. It was a long queue for the Immigration Area. When it was my turned, i told the Officer that I'm a first time Immigrant. He scanned and stamped my passport, took a pic and he then told me to proceed to the extreme left door.
