I did my interview at the Rwanda Consular on September 11, 2017.
Before i did my medical exam a week before my appointment to make sure i have enough time to get the results at "clinic le bon samaritain" located in Remera- Rukiri 1 KG 636 STR 3 P.O. Box. 1436 Kigali (Rwanda)
Telephone:+250 788383667 / 788383205.
They use to do chest Xray for Tuberculosis testing but the last time i ended up doing the chest Xray at King Faisal Hospital because theirs was not working ( don't worry about this, they will let you know at the clinic if you need to go at King faisal).
The day of the interview i showed up at the consular 15min before the time of my appointment. Make sure you don't bring any electronic devices (telephone, Laptop, etc..) because the security will not allow you to get into the consular with them, neither they will accept to keep them for you.Just keep with you in a file all the documents you need for the interview ( Results for your medical examination, proofs of relationship if you have any, passport valid and 4 passport photos size 2 inch*2 inch, criminal records, birth certificate or any other document relevant for the interview).
Going through all the security process took me around 5min.
Once in the consular, i have to submit all the papers and wait a moment to start the effective interview.
Questions were pretty simple, if you know your fiancée you should be able to answer them ( the birthday of your partner, where did you meet, when was your last time to meet, what is he(she) doing, where he(she) lives, Where her(his) family lives, did you meet his(her) family, where both of you will be living after the wedding, which time frame do you have to get married after getting the k1 Visa....these are the kind of questions they asked me...)
I hope these informations help you

Pretty good experience at this interview. Because we had front- and side-loaded, my husband brought only his originals and a couple of updated financial documents with him. The national who was checking him in was alarmed that he hadn't brought any wedding photos and seemed to feel this would be a big negative, but the CA had all of our documents and photos and didn't request to see anything else. He didn't request a birth certificate for my husband's son (not immigrating), which was something we had had some doubts about (the embassy seemed to think it was required), but was basically impossible to get. About ten typical questions were asked. My husband did the interview in English with an American. The only problem concerned his vaccines; the doctor claimed the vaccines weren't available and told him to go ahead with his interview, but at the interview, they wanted to know why his medical information didn't have the certificates, and the doctor disclaimed any knowledge of the situation and said the vaccines had always been available. My husband was approved pending these vaccines, he went and got them immediately, turned in the papers the next day, and had his visa in hand within one week.
