Our interview appointment started right on time and we checked in 10 min prior. Our case was AOS due to marriage to a USC.
The IO was very professional, he was simply going over the questions from forms I-130 and I-485 and was asking them verbally. He updated the form with our baby's birth certificate.
My AOS got approved right on spot.

We could not have had an easier time at the Syracuse office this afternoon when my husband and I went so he could get his fingerprints taken for Removing Conditions. The appointment was at 3:00 pm, but we showed up about 20 minutes early because we didn't want to chance it. When we got to the office, the only people in the reception area were the security guard and two officers behind the windows, plus my husband and I... no one else was there to be attended! I was able to go in with my husband (I'm the USC) without issue.
The man who saw us was extremely friendly and kind, and even joked around with us and wished us happy holidays when we left. He definitely went out of his way to be kind and put us at ease. The whole process did not take more than 10 minutes, and we were out the door before 3:00 pm actually hit.
The officer let me know that they only attend InfoPass appointments there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so I am assuming that the other days they... read complete review

Interview was in Syracuse. AOS through marriage. Were informed about the approval right there. Everyone was very pleasant in the office and we did not have to drive to Buffalo.
