Interviewer was very friendly. She asked us how we met? She had some questions about my divorce 18 years ago. Anyway I was missing my G325 biographical information. She gave me sheet of paper for the request of the information and I was to send the G325 back asap. She then asked my wife about our baby. We were told we could not get the greencard until the FBI check was completed. No problem really we just needed to wait for that and we would not have to come in for another interview.

The building was a little tricky to find, but once there we were moved fairly quickly through the lines to wait in a large open area upstairs filled with chairs. The adjudication officers are on the side with all the doors; we moved nearer so we could hear our names being called (it was very noisy). We were called on time.
The interview itself took about 10 minutes. She looked at our relationship evidence and only wanted the employment letter from my husband (I had an I-864A prepared and she didn't care about that either). She verified my personal information including my birthday (which was incorrect), corrected it on paper (but something went wrong in the system...it appeared wrong on my green card), and stamped me approved.
She was friendly and very approachable.

Our appt was for 930am. We got there, went through security check (which so happens that the security officer was our assistant manager at our apartment).. Lined up at the counter to be called for our check in, proceeded to 2nd floor where we waited with a bunch of other ppl. We were there 30 minutes before our appt and got called in at 950am. We waited for almost 50 minutes because we were half hour early. We were called in by a female officer, led us to her office and swore in. She confirmed my personal information from the forms we submitted, asked how we met, how long we've known each other, what we had in common, and she asked us what we have for her as far as evidence of joint paperwork. I gave her everything I had, utility bills, vehicle ownership/insurance and our rental agreement. She then left to make a copy of some of our paperwork and came back, said things looks like everything is in order. I asked how long before I get green card and she said 14 business days. we brought wedding pictures, and some other photos. talked about how we met, and the wedding. the whole interview was easy, on time, we barely waited for 2 minutes to see the officer.
but I still need to wait for the name check to clear. which nobody knows how much longer

Appointment was at 2:30. We arrived at around 1:50 and were greeted by a huge line of people outside. After standing in the line for about 15 minutes, a security guard came outside and said everyone with appointments to follow her to the front of the line. After going throught the metal detector and waiting for the desk person to call us over, we went upstairs and waited for our interview in a big room with alot of other people. After about another 15 minute wait, we were called to our interview by a nice older woman. She asked us how we met and if I had ever visited my wife in Germany and if we had any financial papers showing joint accounts. She looked at some of our pictures and our wedding album and said we liked very nice together. She said the card should be in our mailbox within 7 to 10 days. The whole interview was about 10 minutes and very pleasant. The waiting was the longest part but all in all we were only there for about an hour.
