Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

The interview lasted 50 minutes. They called in my wife first, asked her a series of questions her ex, and only a couple questions about her marriage with me. He then called me and her daughter in and asked me about where I work, and what my address is. He asked her daughter her birthdate and that was it. He then said on the way out, it was nice to have you here in the States and your green card will be in the mail this week.

Very pleasant interview.

Went to interview. Everything went smoothly, only in the interview for 10-15 minutes. Interviewer was really nice and explained everything we needed to know. Our interviewer also took my white I-94 from my passport. Send me a PM if you want to ask any further questions and I'd be happy to help.

Here's what happened.

Well, we had our interview today.
The interview was for 7:40 AM in SLC .

After I shovelled out the SUV we were on the road by 6am. Traffic was a nightmare with cars all over the place. It was pretty much at a stand still as we got closer to SLC. We ended up being about 10 minutes late.

We came into the office and gave the Security guard the Interview letter. He didn't ask us for ID at all. Just told us to put our possions on the xray table thingy and walk thru the metal detectors. Jim beeped when he went thru. He forgot to take his watch off. The Security guard handed our letter to a young man and he told us to follow him. He said his name was Officer Rice and that he will be doing our interview. He was super nice.
We followed him into his little office and he sa... read complete review

The Salt Lake City office is doing a great job! Both me and Lily had very pleasant interviews. My hubby and I were interviewed by an older gentleman called Redle and he was very nice and friendly. The interview only lasted for about 10 minutes and to our surprise he didn't want to see any of the evidence my and hubby and I had brought with us. I got approved on the spot. Yey!
