Check in was super quick and easy, the wait for the appointment was minimal and the appointment went super fast. Officer was friendly and personable. Entirely painless.

The interview was extremely easy, and the interviewer just asked where Lina came from, when the wedding was, and if she was planning to look for work. It was very conversational, lasted less than 10 minutes, and we got an approval notice the same day before we even got home.

Appointment was at 2, arrived at 1:45. Waited around until 2:20 when another officer asked us if we had been seen yet. We said no and she figured out who our officer was and asked him to see us soon. We were called back by officer Chadock at 2:30. We did our oath and sat down. He asked us basic questions like our name, DOB, address and marriage date. He clarified that I (USC) had been married prior and what my last name used to be. He didn’t even really ask us questions, we kind of just chatted about our wedding, family, pets and where we live. He asked if we had any additional evidence to give and we supplied him with our evidence of relationship (lease, bank statements, insurances, and pictures). He asked a few clarifying questions about our evidence and then scanned it in and handed it back to us. He told us we would hear soon about the decision and the GC would come in the mail within 4 weeks. All in all it was one of the easiest parts of this whole process!
