We entered the building 15 minutes before the interview, had to register and were asked to enter the office 5 minutes after the appointment time. The officer for our interview was very kind, made some jokes with us (that was helpful since I was incredibly nervous at that point), and went through the interview at a fast pace. We were asked for my birth certificate, passport and marriage certificate. And they asked for my SS number if I had it (wasn't a requirement). My friend had thier interview and everything went well. very polite interviewer asked general name and birthday. Asked how we met and how long we dated. Asked if my spouse spoke with my parents . After an hour it was over and just waiting on a response on status but very hopeful.

The officer asked my husband to confirm his details (birthday, address...etc.) and answer some of the yes/no questions from AOS application. The officer then asked me how my husband and I met. Once I answered the question, the officer told us we were approved.
My husband then gave his fingerprints and had a photo taken. We were told the card would arrive in the mail in about 2 weeks. The officer also explained that we would have to file ROC in 2 years.
From entering the building to exiting, the whole process took an hour. The interview itself was maybe 10 minutes.
The officer told us on the spot that we were approved but didn't give us a stamp and our case has not yet updated... read complete review
