My wife and I had an interview on April 4th 2012. We have filed all the paperwork, you can read about it in more detail here:

We brought a ton of papers and photos, our marriage certificate, bank statements etc.
The lady interviewing us was very nice and friendly. My wife went in first, it took her about 10-15 minutes, then I came in and just answered a few questions about our relationship and my job.
Then she took away my EAD card and told me that we have been approved, so I won't need it anymore.

My husband and I went to the Lawrence MA office to have our interview and we were in there about 5 minutes and were approved! I had brought everything with us and they didnt even ask to see anything...just our ID's. The office was so nice and the immigration staff were so nice
