Entire process took about 30 minutes. Officer separated us and questioned me (US citizen) for about 10 minutes, and my wife (green card applicant) for another 20 minutes. Stated that she should receive her card in about 2 weeks after the interview.

No questions were asked. The interviewer went over our I-485 application form and made sure nothing has changed. Got approval right away and USCIS website got updated as "New card is being produced" after we left the office.
