My fiancé attended his interview at 8am on 12/23/13. He said it was a lot of waiting. He was interviewed by a female for about 45 minutes and she asked A lot of questions one right after another about everything... How we met, why he was on a dating site, if he was looking for an American, how long he was on the dating site for, she asked about my career in detail, she asked about my kids in detail, she asked about my children's fathers, she asked a lot about my trip to Morocco and what all we did while I was there, she asked about his brother who lives here in America and about his relationship with his girlfriend.... My fiancé said it was very stressful but he knew all the answers to everything except how his brother met his girlfriend which has nothing to do with us so that's the only thing he didn't know. She asked if he had brought any evidence for her to look over and he handed over all our pictures, my cell phone bills, our conversations by Skype and Facebook throughout the ye... read complete review

Today I went with my sister in law to help her with her interview for a tourist visa to the US.
We arrived on the 6:30 am train - me without any sleep all night and her getting some cat naps in during the train ride to Casablanca.
We waited at a nearby cafe till 7:30 and then joined the line across the street. The Moroccan Army sorted people by their citizenship, paperwork and who had appointments or not.
We were told to go wait till 8:30 am before my sister in law could rejoin the line.
At 8:30 she rejoined the line and then was sent across the street to wait to be called for her visa interview.
My sister in law was first asked BEFORE the interview to go get new visa photos - which she did at an extra 100DH expense for two.
She then rushed back to the consulate and went into her interview.
She was asked 3 questions -
Why do you want to go to America?
Are you... read complete review

My husband and I arrived early on October 30th. I waited in the cafe next to the consulate. He went over just before 8:00am. He was the 4th person to be called.
After a 15 minute interview, he was asked to have a seat and she would call him back.
After 20 minutes, he was called and sent to room 7 and close the door. When the officer came, she told him to forget about the first questioning and they will start fresh. The questions he was asked were:
- How did we meet?
- Who started the interaction?
- How many times did we speak?
- He was asked about my family and friends
- questioned about my ex-fiance and why it didn't work out
- When we decided to marry?
- Who attended our marriage?
- How many times I visited?
He answered and informed them I was there waiting next door.
- He was asked then to bring me over...
He came and got me from the cafe, and I was then told to go into room... read complete review

My husband and I arrived at the Casablanca consulate at 7:45am. They started letting people in at 8am. While my husband went in for his interview, I waited outside for him. He went in and was sitting there and after about an hour and a half a man called my husband's name. Then he asked him some questions like:
Have you ever traveled outside Morocco?
What are your degrees?
Where does your wife live?
When did you get your High school diploma?
What is your occupation?
When did you get your B.A.?
Then he gave my husband back copies of the papers that I sent of our packages and our original marriage certificate. Then he asked my husband to go back to his seat and they will call him in a bit.
After about an hour and a half, they called him to a separate room. There was this lady there and she asked my husband to swear that the information on these forms are true. Then she asked him questions like:

My husband's interview was on the 29th of October at 8:30 am. He had to travel to the city of Casablanca and rent a hotel near the consulate. The next day, when he arrived there was a line of people across the consulate. The officer asked for the appointment letter and passport. Then he had a metal detector that the officer used for security check.
My husband was allowed to go up to the window and give the lady his passport and the 2 by 2 photos. He then was allowed to enter the consulate. He went through a hallway where he was met by to security officers. He had to take off his belt and anything inside his pockets. Everything had to be put in a box to run through the scanner machine. The security officer patted my husband down. Then he was able to proceed. ... read complete review
