I am white USC. We met online singles website. Talked for three months and then I visit her and the family for two weeks during Tet. I proposed to her and we did not have an engagement party. I filed for the K1 near the end of May 2011.
I did front load everything I had at the time for the I129f and she took all of our emails, video chat logs and Western Union receipts to show an ongoing relationship.
Loan's interview was less than five minutes and she was asked a few simple questions. She answered them very well and did not need an interpreter/translator.

Where did you go when he come here to visit you? any evidence?
When was your engagement ceremony?
Did his parents come to Vietnam to join your engagement party?

First interview on Oct 25. Second interview on Nov 22. Visa approved at third interview on Dec 8. Submission of chat logs did the trick. :-)
