(per my fiance)

His appointment was at 1PM. He got there about 10 minutes before one and they allowed him to the front of the queue. Once he got in, he waited 30 minutes and they called him up to review documents. He then sat back down and after 2 minutes, they called him up to a window for the interview. It took less than 5 minutes and they only asked the following questions:

1) What is your fiance's name?
2) How did you meet? please explain in detail
3) How do you keep a relationship?
4) When was the last time you two have seen each other?

Approved

(per my fiance)
The appointment was at 1PM, the queue was short and the interview was less than 5 minutes. They asked:

1) What is your fiance's name
2) Where did you meet? Then they asked more details on HOW we met.
3) How do you maintain a relationship so far apart?
4) When was the last time you've seen each other?

APPROVED.

Appointment was at 1pm today. Cut the long line and checked in with passport and ds260. Waited - finally got seen at 2pm. 15 minutes of passing along all documents needed (courier proof, all certificates etc). Woman asked when we were married, how we communicate, what times of the day we communicate, how we afforded to see eachother so much. Sits back down. Gets called again 15 min later - few questions like what my parents do for a living? How we met? If he had met my parents? Fingerprinting and all set. Told him it takes 2 weeks to get the passport back but approved. He was out of there by 2:45pm. Really hoping it doesn't take 2 weeks to get it back...

Great experience at the London embassy!

Appointment time was for 13:00, arrived at the embassy at 12:20. Joined the queue for "Immigrant Visas" outside. A woman checked my interview appointment letter and my passport, then told me to go to the front of the next queue to get through security. I had to reassure a lady who was already in the queue that I wasn't jumping the line, just doing what I was told! Can't blame her, it was freezing and she had probably been waiting a while... I believe immigrant visas are given priority over other visas, which is why we get let into the embassy first.

Went inside a security "hut" and took off jacket, watch, belt, and put all my belongings through the scanner, just like an airport. The guy in front of me had a big pair of scissors in his backpack! Needless to say the security staff were not impressed. Please treat entering the embassy like airport security - no sharp implements! Although liquids are not a problem.

My interview was scheduled for 1pm.

I arrived at 1130 and went to a nearby restaurant for food. At 1225 I arrived at the embassy to find quite a bit queue outside. There were 2 lines. I queued in the first one, and noticed that people from my line were being given a plastic bag for phones and then sent to the other line. I reached the front of the line in roughly 10mins. Handed them my passport DS-160 confirmation and appointment letter. He wont on my letter and sent me to the front of the line.

I was ushered into the security room which was much like an airport. It is possible for you to take your iPad and phone in, you just need to take them out of your bag for scanning.

Then went into the embassy building, was given a number. By the time I sat down it was roughly 12:45pm

My number was called (they are displayed on the screen) and I went to the window and had to give in numerous papers to the lady as well as my pa... read complete review
