My interview was very easy and they asked me a few questions and then they approved me at the end of the interview.

Me and my wife came to the Embassy in Stockholm ten minutes to nine on the 14th of October. After security check, we stepped into the waiting room where a bunch of people were already waiting. Then I went to the Immigration window where a woman asked me for my papers; Military records, police records, photos and the Affidavit of Support. Then I went to the cash register and payed the fee of 404 USD. After that, we waited for about 15 minutes until my name was called on the speaker system.
I was directed to a window where another woman asked me to put my fingers on a scanner for fingerprints. I thought this was some kind of pre-interview for the real one as she started asking questions: \"How did you meet your wife?\", \"What are you going to do in the US?\", \"What is she going to do?\", \"Where are you going to live?\". I then realized that this was the actual interview. See, I had been planning on this interview for weeks by gathering documents, photos, reciepts, lett... read complete review

I had this scrap book prepared for the interview to show proof that we had met before.. I had to wait for about 30-60 minutes when I got in there. But the "interview" was over in 10 and they didn't give me any trouble... everything went smoothly and I didn't get a chance to show off my scrap book that I had spend hours and hours on . I even had my doctors appointment the day after the interview and they just had me send in all the documents.

Probably the easiest part of the whole journey.
Got there just before 8am for my 8.30am appointment. Got in the right line with 3 people ahead of me, while the non-immigration line probably had about 25 people in it. When the security-guy opened the door and asked who was here for immigration-purposes I held up my hand and realised that the people ahead of me was in the wrong line, I then was the first one to go in and through the security check. When they were going through my bag they found my keys and my keychain-thing that is a little black plastic gun, they had a laugh over that and passed it around joking that they couldn't let me in with a gun on me, at that point all my nervousness dissappeared!
I then got in to the room where it all happens, I was first there, even ahead of the securityguard, he looked at me a little funny when he got in!
I was called to the first window, talked to a swedish lady for about 5 minutes, handed her my updated paperwork and was ... read complete review
