My wife had a good experience in Moscow. Her interview was low key, the interviewer was professional in demeanor, and fortunately our results were positive. I suggest that a good command of English and control of fear are the keys.

the Russian consulate was great and helpful I loved my experience with them. The only reason I gave an above average score rather than an excellent is because their info was mostly wrong! Some of the advice I was given has slowed down my husbands visa process greatly and added a lot of extra cost. Aside from that they always went the extra mile.
