No issues, however, it appears as they are starting to take IMBRA a bit more seriously. My fiancee was asked several questions about How we met, when we started communicating and if/when she was provided with IMBRA information. Other than that it was the standard questions and we had no issues. In and out in about 3 hours.

Svetlana got to the Embassy at 0800 and had to wait outside about 30-45 minutes. She then was allowed inside and waited for about 2 hours before her interview. She noticed some people were questioned for up to 1 hour and a couple of people were denied their visas. So despite the fact that we knew our paperwork was in order and we have a very solid case, she was naturally a little bit nervous. Finally she got to the window and spoke to a polite lady. The interview was conducted completely in English. Her interview lasted only about 10 minutes. She told me that they asked her about 3-4 questions. Where did you meet your fiance?(Poland) how long were you there? (10 Days) etc. Svetlana offered to show the lady our pictures and emails, but the lady didn't need to see them. Aside from some inappropriate criticisms on the part of the consulate regarding Ira's relative youth, the interview went pretty smoothly. Documents were all in order, Visa was granted, and was delivered in under 5 days.

The consular officer was more interested in what my fiancee's work entails. She is a chemist working for ITRI in Taiwan. I was there with her and I was fielded close to 1/2 of the total questions. After the interview, they ask her to hand fill in another form to provide information on schools attended and employment in her home country (Russia). These information were already in the Biographic data form submitted. Then he said they have to perform a security check again with no definite time of completion.
