We just got back from the embassy, everything went smoothly . Our interview was scheduled for 8:45, and w left the embassy around 10, so I guess it was pretty quick. First they took all the documents (it helps when you put it in the exact order they request, btw they said that they didn't require any tax info for K3), then we waited for about 30 minutes, and they took my fingerprints, and we paid for my visa. After another 20 or 30 minutes we had our interview, which was very quick and painless. We were joking around with the CO and we didn't need to show her any evidence. She said it was obvious that we're married, from the way we interacted with each other. So it helps to have your spouse there and act natural.
Good luck to everybody! We're out!

Note: I'm paraphrasing comments made by my fiancee, who was the interviewee.
Ania says that she liked the atmosphere at the U.S. embassy, Warsaw. The appointment was scheduled for 8:45 am. We were confused about the time, since her paperwork had two times listed, 8:45 and 9:30 am. We assumed that she should arrive at the earlier time.
Ania arrived at the embassy at 8:30 and waited in line about 15 minutes to get through security checkpoint. Upon entry, she had to present her bag for inspection and hand over her cell phone for the duration of the visit. She then proceeded to the consular section where she waited an additional 20 minutes, paid the fees and handed over visa forms, medical test results, photographs and police documentation to the clerks.
After an hour, she was called by an official who took her fingerprints and gave her a receipt for fees. She waited 45 minutes until she was called by the consular officer that was adjudic... read complete review

The interview started out a bit rocky as Madzia had many previous visas and the polish lady behind the counter didn't speak english as well as my Madzia This woman was picking every single detail of every single date of previous visas and visits to the US. After a few tense minutes, my Madzia was able to explain everything We were then told to sit and wait until called. After what seemed to be an eternity we were called up to the interview window and were greeted by the friendliest guy I have ever spoken to. He just asked madzia if we had met through a marriage broker and where we would live in the US. Lastly he asked if my sweet sweet madzia had ever been a criminal LOLOLLOLOLOL.
Then we had a nice conversation about baseball LOL other than this first woman who made us nervous the process was very quick and painless, almost pleasant after all.....We called a day later to confirm the printing and sending out of our visa via DHL and th... read complete review

The interview took not more than 5 minutes The waiting was much worse... I was at the embassy at 8.30 and left at 12.30, so 4 hours. The consul asked me only how we met, if I know anything about Austin and if my fiance speaks Polish. I said just a few words and he said : Oh, really? For sure he learnt just for you He was very nice, didnt want to see any photos or anything. Now I just can wait to finally be with my Fabien!!!
