I would say above average because as junglee said they moved my interview date from may 10th to april 7th and then I forgot my interview appointment letter home and they didnt had a problem with that.....

the only problem I see is too much security....

I will say above average because they expedited my wifes interview from April 27 to March 8 - just because I happened to be there.

The security precautions, lines, hoops, hurdles needed to get to the embassy are what keep it from being excellent.
