Forgive me for posting embassy review so late as I was dealing with a loss in my family that happened shortly after interview.
My fiancés interview was at 8am Monday on Dec 21, 2009 and for some reason he left on Daewoo late Sunday night to Islamabad (11pm I think). I was upset he didn’t go and be there Sunday night in advance but I figured this is how he needed to do things so I trusted his decision. He didn’t get much rest and I don’t suggest others do what he did but everyone is different in how they handle stressful situations .
Everything went just as we had expected from reading about others experiences at interview day on VJ. There were no problems with the shuttle or scanning to get thru security with our stack of papers or anything. The whole process went VERY smooth. After waiting awhile, Akhlaq had his fingerprints taken then the same man asked in which language he wanted to conduct his interview. He said it did not matter and noticed a ... read complete review

Well ... Muhammad's interview was at 8:00 Jan 7Th, in which he was interviewed by a lady. He said she was very nice and tried to make him feel comfortable as she could see that he was nervous. Only documents she asked to see was our nikha and his police clearance documents. Which he only had his police clearance from Islamabad. So ... He got the blue paper saying he needs to get that. As for the questions she asked. Here as follow :
1) How did we meet
2) What year did we meet
3) When did I convert to Islam
4) What is my name. ( I suppose the reason for that is because he always calls me by my Islamic name.)
5) Asked if any of my family attended, which answer was no, she then asked why they didn't.
6) Asked what my occupation is , which I'm a CNA ,so she asked what is a CNA.
7) She ask what is the name of the place I work at.
8) She asked what are a few of my friends names
His visa was approved , but was told that he... read complete review

My wife had her interview today. Alhamdulilah everything went well. She was asked a total of three questions. Husband's name, what does he do and wedding pics. She was told that she will get her passport in 2-3 weeks.
Best of luck,
Bilal
